Return & Refund Policy - Herbal Aura

At Herbal Aura, we take great care in delivering high-quality herbal products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement. Please read the policy below carefully.

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.


1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once the order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Replacement Policy (For Damaged Products Only)

  • We offer product replacement only if the item you received is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video without any cuts or edits as proof.
  • The claim must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Email us at customercare@herbalaura.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9363922449.
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for the claim.
  3. Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
  4. Our team will review and approve the replacement within 2-3 business days.

4. Non-Replaceable Situations

We will not process replacements if:

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The unboxing video is missing or edited.
  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • There is a minor variation in color, texture, or packaging (natural variations may occur with herbal products).

5. Return Shipping

  • If approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or share instructions for returning the damaged product.
  • Replacement shipping is free of cost for valid claims.
